My wife and I live in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and needed to find a photographer in the Indianapolis area for my Mom's 90th birthday celebration. The photographer we hired for our daughter's wedding recommended Jennifer Clark. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Jen was both professional and fun. She immediately started connecting with guests and knew many of my Mom's family members and friends by name before leaving. Guests frequently came up to my wife and me throughout the party and commented about the wonderful job Jen was doing. Jen took candid shots, staged pictures, and family portraits. She was great with the younger children and even managed to capture an extended family picture of over 100 people all with smiles. Jen took over 1500 pictures during the 3 hours she spent with us. The candid pictures were so much fun to look at and captured the theme of the party. The pictures provide us with lasting memories of my Mom's 90th birthday celebration. Jen is high energy, has a warm and infectious personality, and is very enthusiastic about her work. She was patient as our large family took a long time to decide on the 70 pictures to have edited and then went out of her way to ensure that a large print of my Mom and her family was available to surprise my Mom on Christmas. Jen may have been as excited about the surprise gift as my Mom was to receive it. We highly recommend Jen; she was efficient and flexible, cost was very reasonable, and the quality of the pictures was excellent.
