Hey! I'm Jen Clark!
If you haven’t already noticed, which I am sure you have, I love life. And, I love taking photographs! I love everything about it. I specialize in weddings, portraits, events, and travel. Working with you is the best part of my job. I love to socialize and get to know you as more than just my client.
Photography is more than a job to me; It's building a relationship with you, capturing emotion, giving you photographs beyond your expectations, and reliving your happiest day. I love making others happy with beautiful photos!
I am dedicated to delivering the best photographs and experience to my clients! Located in Carmel, IN, I specialize in lifestyle photography. Here is a small list of my favorites to photograph: Wedding Photography, Engagement Photography, Family Portraits, High School Seniors, Children Sessions, Babies, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Events and Parties.
I am open minded, well rounded, flexible, and full of laughter! If you have an event, great idea, or a trip that you would like to be photographed, I would love to hear all about it. I will photograph anything your heart desires!
In 2004 I graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN with my BA in photojournalism and a business minor. Photojournalism isn't just my way of taking incredible photographs; it is a way of life! I enjoy traveling, athletics, good company, new faces, and most of all: my family and friends. All of which might be the subject of a spontaneous photo or two!
I'm from the country around the areas of Cicero, Westfield, and Carmel, Indiana (on the northside of Indianapolis, IN) and I spend as much time as I can on the farm with my family! The great outdoors is one enormous place full of adventures.
I lived in Pompano Beach, Florida for 2 years. I miss the beach, but Indiana is where my family lives and it's hard to be away. I grew up in Indiana and I have a close group of friends that are my second family. We get together for music concerts, backyard bonfires, adventure days, and the sporadic evening out on the town.
MY OTHER PASSIONS
Sunday-funday for me is either a day on the farm with family or a bike ride with Dan on the Monon Trail. You can also find me on a motorcycle ride with one of my brothers, 4-wheeling around the farm, kayaking down white river, hiking, camping, swimming in the pool, boating on Morse lake with friends, bonfires and anything else my family and friends can throw at me!
Traveling has always been one of my loves. Beach destinations, exploring new places — anywhere that I can be active and warm - I love! Beach volleyball, scuba diving, paddle boarding, bike rides, hiking, sight seeing, and experiencing a new place with the locals are some of my favs.
I'm a magazine junky. I love travel magazines ... really anything with the outdoors. Being a wedding photographer, I clearly love wedding magazines. The beautiful photos as well as the new trends are fun for me to keep up with.
Pinterest is just a sea of photographic gold that I could get lost in for hours. I love browsing and looking up new ideas and trends for wedding and family sessions. On that note, if you see something you like, send me a link!
Dan and I cook almost every night together. I am a pretty darn good sous chef (insert horn toot here) and I do a lot of the prep work. Dan is the main cook and is oh-so-good at it! I love food, can you tell?
We rock out to music at night a lot. Dan often just jumps on the piano and plays. Did I mention he's a pretty talented musician? He plays drums in a local band, so I guess you could add "band groupie" to my resume!Sorry ladies, he's taken! ;)
I have a dream to be an adventure and travel photographer for National Geographic. I also have a dream to travel everywhere I can in an RV and a boat. I want to experience as much as I possibly can in the time I have been given!
My longest lasting dream is to have my own photography business and be successful. I'm making this dream happen and I couldn't be happier thanks to all of you! I want to keep growing the business I have built - this means keeping you happy so you come back to me for future sessions.
I have my family and friends to thank more than anything. They have supported my dream and helped me in every way that they could.
My most important dreams are to marry Dan, buy a home together on the north-side of Indianapolis, get a pup, and travel as much as we can. And someday start a family while we are living life to the fullest!
Did you get enough of me yet? If not, great! Let’s have coffee. I love meeting new people and seeing new places!
